MasterChef Australia 2010
Didn’t really buy into the previous seasons but there’s something about the formula this year that makes it a bit more interesting (e.g. running the restaurant for a night)… maybe it’s got something to do with my family owning Moltofino at the moment.
A good bit of entertainment to fill the dinner time slot… but that’s all it is, entertainment. It doesn’t take too much thought to work out there’s a degree of ‘playing favorites’ and BS on the show. There also seems to be a lot more crying this year, maybe times are really that tough.
PS: Matt Preston is definitely the sexiest man on television today
Almost Here… Ruckus!
Apparently, it’s almost here in Australia… well that’s according to the latest from Deus Ex Machina – can’t wait, got my hard earned ready to roll!

Stumbled upon this new site “THE-LOWDOWN.COM” today which I think has been started by a couple of seasoned members of JDMST. Very fresh looking website, and even though it’s only got a couple of articles – it’s shaping up to be one that’ll have visitors returning again and again.
One of the articles on there (http://www.the-lowdown.com/?p=168) just so happens to cover the MIA Engine Services Dyno Day I attended a while ago. What came as a surprise was the nice mention of [Project R34 - SATANIC].

I think of good design as things that innovate & further assist us in our everyday / special tasks. This latest offering from Honda really only has 2 offerings:
1) offering people currently bound to wheel chairs a highly mobile means of transport without the needs to exert physical force, or as much;
2) well, the above photo says it all…
The advancement of technology & the human race; the thing that puts us to the top of the food chain and also the thing that will kill us all!

Caught up with Aiden & Natalie over dinner @ Yakiniku Koh’ya… Japanese BBQ at Neutral Bay. Lots of fun, lots of laughs and definitely something to consider if you’re big on your DIY meals
